Wireless Informatics Has Arrived

There has been a load of industry talk of late around a brand new term. I bring you "Wireless Informatics" this stuff is great if you've ever had to deal with support for your mobile device which too be honest for most people has been a right pain. Wireless Informatics is the umbrella term for knitting together all the latest technology and processes specifically with the aim of better supporting mobile devices from the cradle to the grave. I firmly believe that there can be massive cost savings and big benefits for many organisations may it be the device manufacturers, operators or other parties who have vested interest in keeping the end user happy for future sales. Head on over to the Wireless Informatics Forum for the inside track on the changing shape of mobile device support. I for one will be watching this area of the market very closely over the coming months. Perhaps I’ll even find the subscription based device management service that I’ve been ranting on about for the last couple of years.
