Accessing the G36 Web Interface
The G36 Fixed Wireless Terminal has a built-in web site which allows you to configure the unit from a PC connected via the USB cable. Before you can do this, however, you first need to install the G36 on the PC.
Installing the G36 as a modem
Insert the G36 CD into your PC.
Power on the G36 and connect the USB cable to a spare port on your computer. Windows will detect the new hardware automatically and the Add New Hardware Wizard will be displayed:

If Windows prompts you to connect to the Internet to locate a driver, select No, not this time and click Next.

Select the option to Install the software automatically (Recommended) and click Next

If you receive a warning that the driver file has not been approved by Microsoft, select the option to Continue Anyway

Once the hardware wizard has completed, click Finish.
You will need to run through this process twice.
The G36 has now been installed on the PC. To connect to it, you will need to create a connection.
Creating the Network Connection
Open the Control Panel, double click the Network Connections icon.
Select the option to Create a new connection. The New Connection Wizard will be displayed, click Next.
Select the option to Connect to the Internet and click Next
Select the option to Set up my connection manually and click Next
Select the option to Connect using a dial-up modem and click Next
