NOTE - this functionality is only available for Windows Mobile and Symbian S60 client devices (provided that you are running version 8.0SP3 on both the client device and the server).

Log in to the Intellisync web administration site.

Select Devices.

Select the device that you wish to remotely control.

Click on the Remote Control button:

A pop-up browser window will be displayed with the client device's interface.
