    Summary

    This is an emergency Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite patch which patches a security hole found within Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite version 8.0.70.35 jsp pages (reference 71270).

    New Features

    There are no new features included in this patch.

    Requirements

    This patch requires Nokia Intellisync Mobile Suite server version 8.0.70.35 (GMS 2.0.3). 

    After receiving this Patch, the following steps are required for successful installation:

    1. Stop the Intellisync Mobile Suite services.
    2. Clear the Tomcat server cache by deleting the directory <INSTALL DIR>\Tomcat\work
    3. Delete the following file from <INSTALL DIR>\www\usrmgr\: userManagerSetPassword.jsp
    4. Backup, then replace, the following files on the server with the files included in the patch:
      1. <INSTALL DIR>\admin\usrmgr\userManagerSetPassword.jsp
      2. <INSTALL DIR>\www\usrmgr\userManagerAuth.jsp
    5. Start the Intellisync Mobile Suite services.
