Before updating the software please ensure the last known software release is already installed. You will need to download the latest firmware to your computer and install manually.

1)       Open the web interface in a browser window

2)       Select ‘System’ from the menu

3)       The current software version installed on the unit will appear at the top of the system screen.

4)       In the ‘Software Update’ section click BROWSE and find the file you downloaded to your computer.

5)       Once selected click the INSTALL button

6)       Loading file, please wait… will appear in the web interface followed by a new update screen and a progress bar.

7)       The update will take 4-15 minutes depending on the speed of your network card.

8)       Once the update has completed click the RESTART button
