Installing the Option GlobeSurfer Icon 7.2 S on Windows Vista

Insert the Icon into an available USB port on your computer. Windows will detect the new hardware automatically and will install a CD Drive. This CD will now autorun and Windows will prompt you to confirm the action:

Select the option to Run the GlobeTrotter Connect software. The following window will be displayed:

Click Install. The GlobeTrotter Connect software will now be installed onto the PC. This may take a few minutes. Once the installation has completed the following window will be displayed:

Click Finish.

The software will now determine which SIM card is inserted and will attempt to detect the correct connection settings to use. If it is not able to determine the settings automatically, the following window will be displayed:

Click OK. The GlobeTrotter Connect software will be displayed:

Click on the option to How settings, the following window will be displayed:

Enter the correct settings for your network provider:

Once you have entered the correct settings, click Save.

To initiate the Internet connection. Click the Connect button.
