The i-go website redirects to NavNGo website.
You said Tom-Tom do not do a map of Israel, unfortuantely nor do Garmin, i-go and Destinator according to their websites!!
Tom-Tom, Garmin and NavNGo all list and work with the Touch Cruise.
Destinator's website has a 404 page not found error when you request the list of compatible PDAs.
Therefore you will have to either wait until or if the big three decide to do Israeli maps, or find out whether there is a company making maps for GPS use in Israel directly.
